Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a shipping email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5-12 business days after shipping. Some items ship directly from our partner suppliers, so orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window, contact us and we'll help.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email brycechilders4@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or a refund.
