We want you to love your ColdClick gear. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Free returns

Returns are free. We cover the cost of return shipping on all eligible returns.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items should be in the same condition you received them, with original packaging and accessories where possible.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items can always be returned or replaced at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email us at brycechilders4@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
